I have no idea whether we're what you're looking for--we offer blogging and profiles and discussion boards and easy networking tools, and we'll be implementing OpenID in the not-too-distant future--but in case you do want a central network, or even just a place to camp after September until you find where you do wish to move, I'd be honored to offer a space.
